    Philly's has never disappointed!! The food is great, ESPN is always showing and the customer service is notable.

    Marcus took my very specific, 2 party order ONCE and never forgot it! Always pleasant and my order is ALWAYS just how I requested it.

    I'll recommend anyone give it a shot.

    I've never had a cheesesteak sandwich from Philly but I do know what delicious is and that's what's served here.

    I ordered the basic Philly, half for $6.99. Came up in a few min -- super impressed. Bread/bun is soft but somehow holds up to the SUPER GENEROUS portion of shaved meat. Their magic flavor seasoning is distinctive and the right amount. Nice amount of grilled onions. Wish I had got the full sandwich for $9.99.

    The customer service here is AWFUL!!!!!!

    The sandwich was decent, slightly salty However it works if you're needing a Philly fix.

    I watched a young man today handout food, pickup trash , give change & touch food (wrap sandwiches) all with the same glove  

    I want to support local , small , minority owned businesses, but this place makes it hard to support them with the awful customer service EVERY SINGLE VISIT.

    Note to the owner: I offer customer service training to staff members if you're interested feel free to respond.

    So originally I came here for an order from my job. I'd never heard of it. Boy was I missing out. The smells permeating  from this place is enough to drive every hungry human within .2mi to come running. It's absolutely enchanting. Very old school booth only set up. The CHEESE FRIES! Definitely get you some of those.

    Great local restaurant, the owners are from the area and are super sweet! They have a large variety of options and serve beer
